I am excited to join the Almonte business community with a five unit commercial development. This project will be a ground up development in phase 3 of the business park. The municipality has some requirements on timeframes, building size and environmental engineering requirements.
Following a clean environmental assessment and updated topographic survey, I am in the planning phases of the build with my architect and engineering firm. They are working on the site planning process and building design concurrently.
Cant wait to joining this growing community to offer commercial space for the expanding business community there. Check back as I develop this project for updates on the build and features on the businesses that will be occupying this new space.
