The site plan for 13 Frank Davis St has been approved and the lot has closed. With additional last minute comments from Mississippi Valley Conservation authority my engineers have consulted with them to meet the final conditions of the site plan. With formal approval of the site plan the conditions of the purchase of the lot have been met and the lot will close within the month.
The building permit has been with the municipality for some time but they would not review it until site plan approval was complete. On to the next hurdle to get this project started.
